Description
The combined air handling unit is capable of performing multiple air treatment functions, including air mixing, filtration, cooling, dehumidification, and heating. A wide range of models is available to meet different air conditioning capacity requirements, covering airflow rates from 3,000 to 250,000 m³/h with external static pressure up to 2,000 Pa. Customized solutions can also be provided according to specific engineering requirements.
The unit casing adopts patented high-strength double-chamber profiles with thermal bridge-free design. The panels are made of high-density rigid polyurethane insulation materials, with a measured heat transfer coefficient of U=1.4 W/m²·K, meeting the T3 thermal transmittance classification of European standard EN1886:2007. High-strength thermal insulation materials are used to form an effective thermal break, preventing condensation under high-temperature and high-humidity operating conditions.
The connection between the unit frame and panels, as well as between individual panels, adopts a double-S sealing structure. The optimized airflow path design increases air leakage resistance, effectively preventing air leakage. Tested by the National Air Conditioning Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the actual leakage rate is only 0.1%, far below the allowable value specified by national standards.
The cooling coil is manufactured with high-quality phosphorus-deoxidized copper tubes and aluminum fins. The copper tube ends are processed using dedicated mechanical flaring molds with integrated stamping technology. The aluminum fins are precision stamped and treated with secondary flanging technology. Mechanical tube expansion ensures a tight connection between copper tubes and aluminum fins, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency. The fin surface is designed to reduce dust accumulation, facilitate cleaning, and effectively inhibit bacterial growth.
The unit is equipped with a high-efficiency, low-noise double-inlet multi-blade centrifugal fan specially designed for air conditioning applications. It features high efficiency, low noise operation, and stable performance.
The unit adopts a modular design, allowing convenient model selection and flexible combination of functional sections. It is easy to transport, assemble on site, and maintain.
