Description
Closed Circuit Cooling Tower
The Closed Circuit Cooling Tower adopts a coil-type heat exchange structure, with tubular heat exchangers installed inside the tower. Cooling is achieved through efficient heat transfer between circulating air, spray water, and the process fluid inside the tubes.
With a closed-loop circulation system, the circulating water or process fluid remains inside a sealed circuit without direct contact with the external environment. This effectively prevents water contamination, impurities, and scaling, helping protect the main equipment, improve operating efficiency, and extend service life.
The closed circuit cooling tower can operate flexibly according to ambient temperature conditions. When the outdoor temperature is relatively low, the spray water system can be switched off, allowing air cooling alone to reduce water consumption and achieve energy-saving and water-saving operation.
The product is widely used in industrial cooling systems, central HVAC systems, chillers, data centers, chemical plants, power industries, and manufacturing facilities, providing reliable, efficient, and clean cooling solutions.
